Lisa Verzella, Vice President of Client Success, has been an integral part of Monarch since 2008, starting as a Director of Sales. With deep expertise in understanding client staffing needs, Lisa's pleasant demeanor, adaptability, and genuine interest in people make her an approachable and effective leader. She serves on the Board of Delco SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and chairs the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Committee.

Fun Fact About Lisa: Before joining Monarch, Lisa spent many years in the hospitality industry with Choice Hotels. A graduate of Moore College of Art, she enjoys working in community theater as a set designer, stage manager and costumer. Watching live music is her favorite pastime!
